Flour Box Bread was created from necessity….
After living 20+ years in Tuscany, the extreme nostalgia for Firenze with a daily trip to the best Local bread shops with just the "right" crust and crumb.... led to a lengthy process of studying the chemistry of the perfect loaf.

At The Flour Box, the foundation starts with the classic Tuscan loaf and expands to speciality breads such as Challah (kosher) and Chocolate Babka to name a few ideas that often come from the requests of friends and neighbors.
Check our website (or your email inbox) on Mondays for any "Baker's Choice" weekly limited special items in addition to the classic menu of bread, savories and sweets.
